Patients Rate Latchford Medical Centre Highly in Latest Survey
We’re pleased to share the results of our July Friends and Family feedback survey, where 87% of patients rated their experience as “Very Good” or “Good”. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts — your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can make improvements.
We received 75 responses via our post-appointment text message survey, which asks:
“Thinking about your GP practice, overall, how was your experience of our service?”
Here’s what patients told us:
- Very Good: 53
- Good: 12
- Neither Good nor Poor: 4
- Poor: 3
- Very Poor: 3
What Patients Appreciated:
- The friendliness and professionalism of our doctors, nurses, and reception team.
- Thorough care and clear communication, with special thanks to Dr Unwin, Dr Swinhoe, Dr Wong, Becky (Healthcare Assistant), Emma (GP Assistant), and our reception staff.
- Quick responses via E-Consult and timely follow-ups after tests and prescriptions.
Where We’re Working to Improve:
- Appointment booking, particularly through the E-Consult system.
- Delays or errors with some prescriptions and referrals.
- Clarity of communication, especially regarding follow-up messages.
We’re actively reviewing our systems to improve patient access and communication. Your honest feedback continues to shape how we deliver care.
