We do not offer routine blood tests at Latchford Medical Centre, but where necessary we will create a blood test form:

- System Connect allows you to request a diagnostic test (blood test / scan) - Go to Health Review and then Miscellaneous clinical request.
- Phone us during our opening times.
- Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, during our opening times.
- Use the NHS App to view your medical record, request repeat medication and see what appointments you have arranged.
- System Online allows you to view your medical record, request repeat medication and see what appointments you have arranged.
For tests for sudden illness:
- Complete an eConsult between 5.00 am to 12.00 pm Monday to Friday to request an appointment. We will respond within 3 hours when we are open.
- Phone us during our opening times.
