As the festive season approaches, we’d like to wish all our patients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Please note that between Monday 22 December and Friday 2 January, our surgery will be closed on:

Saturday 27 december 

Sunday 28 December 

Thursday 1 January

On all other days, we’ll be open as usual to care for you and your families.

Updating your contact details 

Before the new year you may receive a text or email from us asking you to update your medical record. This is not a scam – it’s an important way for us to make sure we have the correct contact details, emergency contacts, and health information for you. Keeping your records up to date helps us:

• Contact you quickly about appointments, test results, and urgent health matters

• Ensure reminders, prescriptions, and online services work properly

• Keep your care safe, confidential, and personalised
