We’re pleased to share the results from our Friends and Family Survey for September 2025.
Out of 90 responses, 67 patients rated their experience as ‘Very Good’, 16 as ‘Good’, and only a small number (5 in total) rated their experience as below ‘Good’. This means that over 92% of patients reported a positive experience with our practice.
The feedback reflected many kind words about our team:

We also received constructive feedback about access to face-to-face GP appointments, and we understand how important this is to our patients. Please remember that if we offer you a telephone appointment and you would prefer to come in and see us, just call us and we will try arrange this for you.
We continue to review appointment availability to ensure patients are seen in the most appropriate way — whether by GP, Nurse Practitioner, or another skilled member of our team.
Our staff were especially pleased to see so many positive comments about kindness, professionalism, and care. We are proud to deliver a service that patients trust and appreciate, and we thank everyone who took the time to share their experience.
