Patients Share Positive Feedback in May FFT Results
Latchford Medical Centre has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from patients in the latest Friends and Family Test (FFT) results for May 2026.
A total of 79 patients completed the survey, with 61 rating their experience as "Very Good" and a further 8 rating it as "Good". This means that more than 87% of respondents reported a positive experience with the practice.
Patients frequently praised the caring and professional approach of staff, highlighting the support provided by GPs, nurses, reception colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team. Many comments recognised the kindness shown during consultations, the quality of communication and the thoroughness of clinical assessments.
Several patients also reported receiving same-day appointments following eConsult submissions and appreciated being seen promptly and treated with professionalism and compassion. Individual staff members were recognised for taking time to explain diagnoses, discuss treatment options and ensure patients felt listened to and supported.
The feedback also identified areas where patients would like to see improvements. Some respondents reported difficulties with online access systems, delays in processing prescriptions and concerns regarding appointment and referral administration. These comments provide valuable insight and will help inform ongoing service improvements.
Overall, the results demonstrate the dedication of the practice team to delivering high-quality patient care. The practice would like to thank all patients who took the time to provide feedback and will continue to use their comments to shape and improve services for the local community.
