Overall Impression

Feedback continues to be strongly positive, with nearly 9 out of 10 patients rating their experience as good or very good.

 

The main recurring pressure point remains access to appointments, which aligns with wider primary care demand challenges. Importantly, when patients are seen, the clinical and reception teams are consistently described as caring, professional and supportive.
