Patient comments frequently highlighted the professionalism and approachability of staff. Many respondents noted that clinicians took time to explain conditions and treatments clearly, contributing to a reassuring and supportive experience. Reception and nursing teams were also commended for their friendliness and efficiency.
However, the feedback was not without areas for improvement. A small proportion of patients — just over 8% — reported a poor or very poor experience. The most common concern centred around difficulty in securing appointments, with some patients describing delays or challenges in accessing timely care.
A further 5.5% of respondents felt their experience was neither good nor poor, suggesting there may still be opportunities to enhance consistency across patient journeys.
Overall, the results indicate that Latchford Medical Centre continues to deliver a high standard of care, with patient feedback providing valuable insights to guide ongoing improvements — particularly in access and appointment availability.
